  • Manage the daily operations of the department in an efficient and effective manner
  • Establish and maintain an efficient and productive working environment within the department based on continuous and effective staff communication. Achieve established departmental goals within defined timelines
  • Implement operation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory/policy and internal compliance requirements
  • Conduct various assessments and audits to ensure department procedures are achieving accurate and desired results.
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned
  • At least 3 years of supervisory and leadership experience and relevant loan operations management experience preferred
  • At least 5 years of banking experience
  • Proven track record in managing a sizable operation team
  • Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Inquisitive and possess positive learning attitude
  • Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; shares expertise with others and identify opportunities for increased efficiency
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, including V-lookup and pivot table functions
