  • Manage a team of officers and approve day-to-day Trade Operations Transactions, covering 1 or several Trade Products
  • Check documents
  • Attend to and provide technical advice / support to Business Units and customers
  • Review and ensure operational problems, complaints and queries are resolved promptly and satisfactorily
  • Assist team lead on human resource planning, development and staff management
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in trade operations, including 2 years as a team leader
  • Sound knowledge of UCP, ISBP, URC, URR, SP, URDG, MAS/ABS guidelines and experience in all areas of international trade
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good integrity and attitude
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
