Job Responsibilities: 
  • Handle Regulatory Reports – review & consolidate Business responses for S&D (onshore & offshore)
  • Identify areas of improvements to improve business quality of the sales platform.
  • Oversee the end to end process for Balanced Scorecard results including daily client survey results.
  • Formulate & enhance new process manual to guide the sales platform to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Review individual Rep appeals against their BSC infraction results to ensure proper justification before submission.
  • Monitor for any BSC rectifications to be done and 5 closed sale supervision by Supervisors are completed and properly documented. For any E grade Reps.
  • Review any declaration of Accredited Investor status for customer based on criteria and upload status in CRM system.
  • Review and consolidate Switching reports issued and ensure proper follow-up actions for closure.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years banking experience.
  • Degree education level
  • Experience in wealth product sales and experience in FAA regulatory requirements.
  • Motivated to drive for results in enhancing the sales process for the sales platform to comply with regulatory requirements
