Job description:
 
As part of the UOB Group Brand team, you will play a key role as the guardian and steward of the UOB Brand across all markets that UOB operates in, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China and Hong Kong.
 
This will be achieved through an understanding of key business drivers and consumer insights while ensuring consistent branding, to maximise business outcomes. The execution of this will largely be through guidance and influencing of internal stakeholders, hence the need for strong skills in stakeholder management and a collaborative style.
 
Key responsibilities:
 
  • Manage the UOB Brand governance process including developing and implementing brand tools and guidelines for application, organisation-wide
  • Provide brand guidance and support to Business Functions in Singapore and across all UOB Group localities
  • Drive internal brand evangelism and training efforts to ensure all relevant campaigns and activities are consistent with the UOB corporate identity
  • Collaborate with Business Functions to ensure implementation, integration, consistency and conformity of branding guidelines
  • Operationalise processes to drive consistent branding throughout the organisation
 
 
Job requirements:
 
  • Recognised university degree
  • Prior experience in Financial Services industry/FMCG will be preferred. Regional experience is a bonus
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Effective communicator
  • Keen eye for detail and passion for accuracy
