This is an exciting role responsible with full P&L ownership of UOB’s flagship personal line of credit product, UOB CashPlus. Successful candidate will be key contributor to driving market share and income growth through comprehensive product lifecycle product management – including acquisition, activation, usage, loans cross-sell, portfolio activities and retention strategies. Job Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for:
  • Ownership of UOB CashPlus from P&L basis
  • Key performance indicators including new acquisition volume, active rate, market share, ENR, NII and NFI
  • Conceptualize and execute new product features and/or strategies to drive awareness, activation, sales and balance growth
  • Identify new credit segments and optimize existing credit policies to maximize long-term risk-adjusted returns
  • Develop new digital usage and communication channels to supplement existing programs and practices
  • Leverage analytics to identify opportunities for improving operating leverage through segmentation and financial levers
  • Develop and implement marketing programs for sales and balance growth
  • Rally internal and external stakeholders to catalyse loans cross-sell and business growth
Job Requisition:
  • Good Degree
  • Strategic thinker, highly numerate and strong analytical abilities
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written) and ability to critique marketing collaterals
  • Ability to communicate persuasively and, influence stakeholders and senior management
  • Resourceful and independent worker
  • Strong project management skills and meticulous with keen eye for details
