Job Responsibilities
  • Manage billing disputes (chargeback) related to credit and debit cards
  • Interact with customers (cardholders and merchants), organizations and international networks to resolve billing matters
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties related to chargeback, if any
  • GCE ‘A’/’O’ Level/GCE N Level with ITE Certificate in Office Skills/Certificate in Business Studies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications especially in Excel and Word
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Able to multi-task and deliver assignments within stipulated timeline
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently
