  • Provide expertise, creative solutions and analysis to the business group, including cost allocation principles, methodology and activity-based costing, in support of business strategies and financial objectives.
  • Owns framework on deriving cost of each activity through determining costs of all processes required for the establishment of a product and translating the information to management on the cost-efficiency and cost-effectiveness of processes/products and also any need for improvement and adjustment.
  • Provide in-depth evaluation and analysis of how products, facilities, distribution channels or customers generate revenues and consume resources and identifying areas to improve the bottom line. This can be either cost initiatives or lift in productivity
  • Drive change initiatives within the function to ensure optimal effectiveness and efficiency while understanding the current organizational and business environments. 
  • A recognized university degree in Finance/Business or its equivalent. 
  • At least 7 years of relevant working experience in management reporting; able to consolidate MIS in clear, actionable and timely manner
  • Good at presentation and communications
  • Project problem solving skills essential
  • Meticulous, analytical and pro-active in solving problems
  • A self-starter who is able to work independently as well as in teams
  • Able to present recommendations with clarity and conviction to meet business goals.
