To assist Singapore Unsecured Head in providing financial and business analysis, primarily in Cards Products, establishing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and involve in the monthly financial and annual budget process.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage product financials and behavioral analysis of Unsecured portfolio
  • Develop and maintain financial models for Unsecured portfolio
  • Drive Monthly Forecast, Annual Budgeting and ICAPP forecast
  • Create, track and report on key business metrics with a focus on opportunity development
  • Identifying Risks and Opportunities on both revenue and expense
  • Prepare of financials dashboards for Management Reporting and Financial KPIs
  • Be involved in validating financials in Product Program  
  • Perform MIS mapping of various Unsecured Products in Financial System to ensure correct classification and revenue / expense recognition
  • Review marketplace strategy and evaluate new growth and profit initiatives
  • Support Unsecured Head on all other Ad-Hoc Product Analysis request
  • Ensure efficient and effective MIS intelligence data gathering, analysis, and reporting 
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting / Finance/ Business or its equivalent professional certificates;
  • At least 8 years working experience in banking industry and conversant with current accounting policies and banking regulations;
  • Experience in management reporting and analysis, financial control and cost management;
  • Organized, meticulous, detailed oriented with a good aptitude for numbers and strong analytical skills;
  • Understand the technology and operational needs of Regulatory Reporting system;
  • Aptitude for system related work, experience in end-user maintenance, requirements gathering, UAT testing and implementation of IT systems;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact at all levels across the organization
  • Computer skills including MS Office applications & financial software packages as needed. Experience with SAS, Hyperion Essbase will be advantageous;
