Job Description:
  • Creating CIFs and updating of customer information in CRM for new to bank customers for loan applications
  • OOE creation
  • Preparing files for specialists to conduct loan confirmation
  • Loan formalization in BCAS
  • Partner BFMs/BRMs/BMs/RMs to service and grow the Bank’s CV and NIPV portfolio
  • Work closely with Product Management Team as well as Commercial Vehicle suppliers / dealers to create / enhance innovative financing packages and marketing campaigns in line with business strategy
  • Provide support in product launches and monitor the progress
  • Analyse market movements and monitor competitor offerings to identify performing market segments and enhance the Bank’s competitiveness
  • Expand the network of equipment and commercial vehicle  suppliers as active referral agents
  • Network to establish contacts in tagged market segments
