Job Description

Functional area: T&O Wholesale/Global Markets

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out Division reconciliations for Nostro and Securities accounts, ensuring all exceptions are timely highlighted for investigations and properly justified
  • Report and track daily fail trades to processing team, ensuring all fails are properly tracked and escalated
  • Prepare and coordinate monthly General Ledger Balancing to Group Finance
  • Work in partnership with processing teams and internal Risk Units to ensure internal controls are in accordance with regulatory and policies
  • Carry out any other administrative and assignments assigned by management
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in performing nostro and securities reconciliations
  • Possess knowledge of settlement in local and foreign markets on different asset types
  • Experience in general banking operations in Singapore and Operations Risk and Control is highly preferred
  • Proficient in basic software (MS Excel)
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, motivated, independent
  • A team player, with ability to build relationships and work with cross-functional teams
