Job Description

Functional area: T&O Wholesale/Global Markets
Employment type: Full-time
Job Type: Permanent

Responsibilities: 
  • Support clients on day- to-day Trade / Cash transaction queries on phone or emails
  • Record all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Act as a Trade advisor on various Trade products enquires
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure client's requests are fulfilled
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting and monitoring of department KPIs
  • Identify and  escalate client issue, if any
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of prior experience in Trade or Remittance Services
  • Good understanding of various Trade Products, UCP600, Remittance products or processes
  • Great Customer Service on Trade Products
  • Able to work independently with excellent verbal and email writing skills
  • Able to interact effectively with internal & external parties of all levels
  • Possess problem analysis and problem-solving skills
