Job responsibilities:

You will be part of the administration team to administer service requests and queries from the business users.
  • Support data migration into the new system
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues raised
  • Prepares and maintain the “Train-the-Trainer” and “End User Training” materials on the CRM tool
  • Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures/user guides
  • Maintains access rights and master database in the system
  • Providing quality services to Singapore and Overseas business users, and meet the established SLAs
  • Support the team in projects and tasks as and when required
Job requirements
  • Degree or Diploma holder in related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant, system administration and maintenance related to CRM
  • A highly motivated individual with good interpersonal and communication skills, and holds strong customer-centric values
  • Good knowledge in wholesale banking products and industry practices
