Core Interfaces / Relationships / Systems
  • Core Interfaces
Odyssey, RM Workbench, Future Client Dashboard and related upstream & downstream systems (eg. Host systems like CSS, RBK, FINIQ etc).
  • Key Relationships
Close partnership with the business and primarily Investment Products & Solutions, COO functions (Client Fulfillment teams, Business Adaptation team, BRM, etc), Group Demand and GTO. Will also include stakeholders from other business segments, includng Group Wholesale Bank.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Good understanding of core projects impacting Private Bank, primarily a good grasp of order management system, PB processes and products.
  • Responsible for analysis and confirmation of Functional Specification Documents (FSD) from Front-Office perspective.
  • Ability to understand and assist the lead to draw-up front-to-back flow diagrams.
  • Assist UAT lead in the development of test-scripts for in-scope items for core PB projects, focusing on Front Office deliverables.
  • Execute test-scripts for core PB projects, ensuring important milestones are met.
  • Describe and log all defects into defect-logging system (JIRA) on a timely manner:- 
- Monitor and ensure logged defect items are ready for retestings.
- Provide defect statistics to lead upon request.
- Ensure items ready for retestings are properly tested and closed with proper description.
- To alert UAT lead in the event defect items are returned without any explanation nor agreement from UAT lead.
  • Liaison with impacted stakeholders (GTO, Demand etc) to manage the defects rectification and closure process.
  • Assist UAT lead to come up with User guides, FAQs and other related training materials to facilitate any project implementation.
  • Assist UAT lead to conduct user trainings and manage training logistics eg. Booking of rooms, email communications, laptops set-up (if required) etc.
  • Assist UAT lead to receive feedback post project implementation and perform collation into suitable templates.
- Able to put into presentation templates to facilitate discussions.
  • Ensure proper documentation & archival of all project-related materials.
  • Assist UAT lead in any ad-hoc projects/change management related initiatives.
  • Degree holder with minimum 1-3 years in banking in Private Banking projects or change-the-bank /quality improvement roles or Fresh Grads.
  • Good understanding of Private Banking processes, front-to-back.
  • Mature, good attitude and able to work independently with minimal supervision and willingness to be hands on.
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills and able to interact with colleagues from other functional areas.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
