Job Description
Reporting directly to Head of Global Experience, you will lead a team in the delivery of end-to-end performance management process throughout the organisation. Accountabilities include (but not limited to):
  • partnering HR Business Partner and Strategic HR team to develop initiatives, enhancing the overall organisation performance and productivity; 
  • driving the timeliness of key performance Indicators (KPI) setting and performance feedback; 
  • delivering relevant employee information for discussions at People Development Committee (PDC); 
  • documenting &/or following up on the implementation of PDC decisions.   
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications/competencies:
  • Recognised tertiary qualification with at least 10 years of working experience
  • Assertive, and have the ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solver with sound analytical and decision making capabilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and process-oriented
