Role Requirements:
  • Good understanding of core projets impacting Private Bank (PB), primarily a good grasp of order management system, PB processes and products.
  • Responsible for analysis and confirmatiuon of Functional Specifications document (FSD) from Front Office perspective.
  • Ability to determine and map out front-ot-back process flows for core PB projects, with a clear focus on Front Office deliverables.
  • Able to appreicate the front-to-back impact for all core PB projects and co-ordinate test-scripts with impacted stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the execution of test-scripts impacting Front Office and ensure completion milestones are strongly adhered to.
  • Ability to determine and escalate to line manger if User Acceptance Testing (UAT) milestones are not met.
  • Manage the defect-logging process and able to determine the severity and priority of each defect with all stakeholders.
  • Determine and manage UAT meetings with UAT manager (usually Demand)
    • Setting UAT meeting frequency.
    • UAT defect discussion, defect fixing timelines and retesting timelines.
    • Determine and manage UAT defect logging process (inclusive of retesting items).
    • Maintaining statistics to update management of UAT progress.
    • Ensure smooth delivery of UAT meetings .
  • Work closely with impacted testers from other PB areas to ensure the smooth delivery of all UATs.
  • Able to come up with User guides, training materials, FAQs etc to facilitate the smooth implementation of core PB projects.
  • Responsible for smooth implementation  of core PB projects upon completion of UAT, determine and providing all forms of trainings for each of the PB projects.
    • Determine scope and mode of training in accordance to project requirements.
    • Determine audience to be trained from Front Office perspective.
    • Develop suitable training materials for each project’s implementation.
  • Responsible for the communication of core PB projects‘ implementation to Front Office, including senior management.
  • Drive quality control reviews or feedback sessions post project implementation.
  • Ensure proper documentation and archival of all project-related documentation.
  • Assist line manager or Head, Business Management in any ad-hoc projects or process re-engineering initiatives.
Role Requirements:
  • Degree with expereince working in Private Banking environment.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in banking in change-the-bank /quality improvement roles.
  • Good understanding of Private Banking process
  • Mature and able to work independently with minimal supervision and willingness to be hands on.
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
  • Confident and able to interact with colleagues from other functional areas and senior management.
