Job Responsibility:
  • Prepare high quality monthly / quarterly and adhoc business performance decks to various internal stakeholders including top management, risk, product heads etc, follow up with countries on data quality issues. Capturing of key one timers and impact from initiatives and projects. 
  • Take a lead role in the monthly forecast and annual budget process through working with the regional countries to validate their business drivers to ensure that they are aligned to Overall PFS strategy. 
  • Prepare monthly business decks, headcount (HC) reports and various global PFS performance reports.  Perform high level  analysis of PFS performance and commentaries for reporting purpose. 
  • Standardize and prepare segmental P&L across Group PFS. 
  • Participate in adhoc projects as defined by Head of PFS Business Finance and Regional lead analyst.
  • Drive re-engineering initiatives within team or Region countries to improve cost efficiency and productivity -  specifically on cost allocations  
  • Track and Consolidate projects and initiatives and their impacts  to allow ample time for reviews and sign off  
Job Requirements:
  • A recognized university degree in Finance/Business or its equivalent.  Accounting background preferred.
  • At least 7-10 years of relevant working experience in management reporting; able to consolidate MIS in clear, actionable and timely manner
  • building and maintaining inhouse database for all financial and non-financial information for products, segments and geography
  • Proactively automate processes and reports to drive efficiency
  • Familiar with usage of reporting tool such as Hyperion Essbase, Oracle and skilled in Microsoft applications
  • Experience in creation and aligning cost center, GL and product hierarchy
  • Meticulous, analytical and pro-active in solving problems
  • A self-starter who is able to work independently as well as in teams
  • Able to present recommendations with clarity and conviction to meet business goals.
