To assist Singapore Division Head in providing financial and business analysis, primarily in Secured Products, establishing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and involve in the monthly financial and annual budget process.

  • Manage product financials and behavioral analysis of Secured portfolio
  • Develop Financial Models for Secured portfolio
  • Project Sales Volume, Ending Balances and Spreads
  • Develop and analyze predictive cum profitability models to guide new product development and customer retention
  • Understand Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and Customer Pricing
  • Quantify the impact on revenue; identifying risks and opportunities
  • Work with Risk Analytics to optimize on product offering and portfolio profitability  
  • Monitor Expense e.g. A&P, Expense Accrual, etc.
  • Be involved in Monthly Analysis and Forecast of ending balances, spreads and revenues, Annual Budgeting and 5Y yearly ICAPP forecast. 
  • Prepare of financials dashboards for management reporting
  • Establish and set up Financial KPIs for performance measurement
  • Be involved in validating financials in Product Program  
  • Perform MIS mapping of various Secured Products in Financial System to ensure correct classification and revenue recognition
  • Support Secured Head on all other Ad-Hoc Product Analysis request – to function as a Secured Product Analyst
  • Provide over-see and guidance of the Loans Portfolio and Mortgage Financial model.
  • Degree in Accounting / Finance/ Business or its equivalent professional certificates;
  • At least 5 years working experience in banking industry and conversant with current accounting policies and banking regulations;
  • Understand the technology and operational needs of Regulatory Reporting system;
  • Aptitude for system related work, experience in end-user maintenance, requirements gathering, UAT testing and implementation of IT systems;
  • Experience in management reporting and analysis, financial control and cost management;
  • Computer skills including MS Office applications & financial software packages as needed. Experience with SAS, Hyperion Essbase will be advantageous;
  • Organized, meticulous, detailed oriented with a good aptitude for numbers and strong analytical skills;
  • Team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
