Responsibilities: 
  • Lead the centralized parameter maintenance team to ensure successful production implementation that enable digital capabilities through effective system parameter maintenance across multiple platforms and applications for local and regional implementations
  • Collaborate with business partners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review and clarify on parameter change requirement and ensure parameter changes are implemented in a timely manner to meet business requirement and achieve speed to market
  • Manage and participate actively in production support functions for Robotics Process Automation (RPA) implementations including release management, workload management, job scheduling, parameter setup and production issues investigation
  • Be responsible for continuous improvement to ensure efficient and effective processes are put in place to minimize manual processing and eliminate operational errors
  • Perform key custodian activities including token uploads, renewal of system encryption keys and passwords
  • Manage and co-ordinate with business partners on regular data dating activities to enhance data quality and meet regulatory and audit compliance requirements
  • Manage the division’s key risk compliance self-assessment, business continuity plans, business impact analysis, review and design control processes to ensure effective risk management and compliance with the Bank’s operation and security policies
  • Be responsible for management reporting and administrative support including user access administration, fixed assets management, purchase requisition, claims, overtime reporting and HR-related matters
Requirements:  
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in system project implementations of retail banking and channel initiatives, as well as production system support functions
  • Preferred experience in operational risk management, operational process re-engineering, improvement and automation will be advantageous
  • Strong domain knowledge of retail operation processes and system capabilities / functionalities on Core Banking applications, Cards and Bank Loyalty Programs applications, Internet, Mobile, Self Service and Branch Banking applications, Payment applications, Imaging Workflow Management and RPA
  • In-depth domain expertise and understanding of retail banking products and services
  • People management skills to manage and motivate team in meeting challenging business demands and tight timelines
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, communications, stakeholder management, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Able to work independently, as well as collaborate cohesively with cross-functional teams
  • Rapid learner with positive learning attitude
