Independent e2e responsibility for client education on cash management banking products and services. Client Education Advisors are the primary interface with the client to facilitate their utilization. The associate must have strong organizational skills and will be responsible for coordination of all internal and external training related activities quickly and effectively to ensure a timely and smooth client on-boarding process.
 
Job responsibilities:
 
  • Design cash management products/services training curriculum for effective client training that drives client utilization
  • Proactively provide advice to clients on the usage of cash management banking products and services
  • Identify training needs for clients and ensure that clients are well aware of the products/services capability and benefits to them
  • Full responsibility and ownership of client experience through a comprehensive consultative approach which requires the associate to recognize, evaluate and act upon those opportunities to improve client satisfaction
  • Should have the skill, ability, experience and confidence to navigate the bank, bank’s banking partners and business partners to ensure client training is completed on time to meet client target date to go live
 
Job requirements:
 
  • Degree/Diploma with 5 years relevant experience in conducting workshops or 1-1 customized training program
  • Demonstrate ability to engage and make learning relevant and effective for training audience
  • Demonstrate attention to details, team player, take e2e ownership, drive for results to support/grow the business, sustain intensity & optimism while focusing on delivering client delight
  • Requires excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills to effectively manage the client experience
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers and business partners
  • Comfortable with direct client and business partners interaction, with proven client interaction abilities
  • Ability to present ideas and information effectively in group settings
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, ideation and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and team player
