As a key member of the Group Wholesale Banking Business Management Support team, you will be responsible to project-manage some of the key Global GWB initiatives and work with relevant stakeholders to deliver value and enhance business performance.  Active engagement and assistance in the ad-hoc projects and other related business support activities are also expected. 
 
Key responsibilities:-

Project Management (80%)
  • Be the Go-to person in project managing a suite of Key Strategic Business Initiatives
  • Provide leadership and motivation to cross functional teams in delivering continuous value using agile methods
  • Strong project management skills as a Business/User Project Manager
    • Project Manage all User activities within the project lifecycle (including post implementation support)
    • Create, monitor and track timely execution of detailed Project Plan / UAT plans
    • Track of risks and Issues, and work with relevant key stakeholders to drive issue resolution
    • Report progress of project status to senior management on a regular basis
    • Raise early warning flags and escalating issues to senior management on a timely basis
    • Documenting all aspects of the projects 
    • Financial and resource budgeting
    • Working with relevant stakeholders to develop a holistic capability development framework and learning roadmap catered to Group Wholesale Bank’s needs in Singapore and region
Business Management (20%)
  • Support GWB business unit across a wide array of critical functions including but not limited to
    • Direct support and execution of strategic business initiatives
    • Manage of key business disciplines
    • Support of business control and risk assurance functions
Job requirements:-
  • A recognized tertiary education with at least 8 years of experience in the banking / financial industry specifically in COO//Business Project Management environment
  • Minimum 8-10 years of excellent business management / excellent project management experience, with strong interpersonal skills, and proven leadership and people management techniques.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical and result-oriented
  • Strong excel, macros and report presentation skills
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certified. PMI-ACP would be a plus
  • Able and willing to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Team player who is able to perform under stress, multi-task, and work independently
