Job Responsibilities:
  • Achieve the given sales target for the period given.
  • Enhance sales staff accomplishments and competencies by planning delivery of solutions/services
  • Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on  potential sales
  • Target market: Japan  Market
  • Upsell of travel services –Groups/Events/ Leisure travel.
  • Focus sales efforts on potential volume of clients.
  • Submit  to price plan to prospects and assist  implementation process
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports as required.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge .
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops conference etc
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assist Finance department on Accounts receivable for collection
Job Requisitions:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and / or knowledge in sales and key account management skills at a high level
  • Ability to identify business potential to develop new clients and business to expand client base
  • Implementation and execution of sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets
  • Ability to upsell and cross sell opportunities
  • Ability to manage end to end MICE process
  • Possess strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently with proactive and business driven approach
  • Aptitude and willingness to undertake further tasks for own development
