Responsibilities:
  • Identify and support Front Office on administration functions so that they can better focus on higher value client engagement activities.
  • Co-ordinate and control the flow of information/documents between Front Office and various Group Operation functions.
  • Investigate and resolve and client servicing or operation related issues between Front Office and Group Operations.
  •    Build up and provide training to the team to provide prompt, accurate and quality service to internal clients.
  •    Document, update, review process flows regularly.
  •    Develop and provide regular service metrics reporting and conduct service review with key stakeholders.
  •    Drive seek process improvements and system automation to allow the team to scale up.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimal 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit with view to improve systems, processes and customer service levels.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving and people management skills. Experience team manager with strong organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to interact effectively across different business users, operational and IT teams.
  • Committed and conscientious personality, to take ownership and responsibility to ensure complete follow-through to problem solving.
