Job Responsibilities:
  • Be part of a development team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to developing, testing and launching.
  • Design and implement REST API and Microservices.

Job Requirements: 

Must have :-
Domain knowledge:
  • At least 6+ years of experience in software application development with at least 2 of those years supporting or developing enterprise applications
    • Strong programming fundamentals (Java, JavaScripts, Python)
    • Experience implementing noSQL databases (Cassandra or MongoDB)
    • Java 8+/JEE (REST web services, SprintBoot, JDBC, WebLogic/JBoss, performance tuning)
    • Experience with Java and object–oriented programming, Restful API, data mapping, data modelling
    • SDLC Implementation
    • Understand class diagrams in the technical design
  • Strong technical skills in:
    • API Gateways
    • Enterprise Message Oriented Middlewares
    • Enterprise Service Architecture Platforms (Enterprise Service Bus-ESB, Business Process Management-BPM, Business Process Orchestration-BPEL, Business Activity Monitoring-BAM), Business Rules and Event Management
  • Implementation experience with configuring Web API policies for:
    • Web API Security (example OAuth, SAML, Threat Protection, Cryptography, WS-Security)
    • Mediation (example REST, SOAP, OData, MQ)
    • Mashups for all types of interactions (Stateless, Session-Based or Persistent State). 
People management skills:
  • Ability to stimulate and participate in creative thinking for out-of-the-box solutions
  • Resolving and influencing the positive outcome of conflicting objectives and priorities
Communication and relationship skills:
  • Ability to effectively communicate, interact with and influence senior technical associates, business and operational partners and executives
  • Work effectively within a fast-paced, cohesive architecture team and willing to learn fast and adapt quickly to change
  • Excellent written (technical) and verbal communication
