Vice President(2) / First Vice President, Branch Manager, Singapore Channels, Group Channels & Digitalisation

You will be responsible to drive overall branch profitability, sales, operations and quality service. You will work with various business partners to execute and support different business segment’s strategy and ensure policy, regulatory and audit/compliance requirements are met. You will also manage sales and operations staff and oversee branch operations to ensure service excellence, operational efficiency and sales effectiveness.

Collaboration & Business Generation
  • Business Development and Strategic Planning for branch performance
  • Work closely with business units in determining sales targets and drive cross segment referrals
  • Execute branch strategy in close collaboration with country segments / products to ensure branch sales optimization and cost efficiency
  • Assist the AM in delivering Area performance.
Operations and Customer Service
  • Ensure full compliance to group policies related to branch processes
  • Be abreast of changes to new regulatory requirements and penalties
  • Regular engagement of customers to provide one stop banking solutions and deepen relationship
People Management
  • Coaching, counseling and developing of both sales and service staff to increase productivity
  • Conduct appraisals and career planning for branch staff to encourage talent retention
Requirements
  • A recognized tertiary education with at least 7 years experience in retail banking , sales management and branch operations preferred
  • CMFAS certification (Modules 1,5,6,8 & 9,HI) preferred
  • Proven sales track record
  • Strong leadership qualities in building effective team with good business acumen and judgment
  • Excellent people management and communication skills to encourage staff on target achievement
  • Highly motivated and driven
